John Philipose museologist by profession with over 32 museums created and curated over the last 50 years, a published author of 2 Malayalam books, combined with my passion for photography and sculptors inspire and influence my creative pursuits, especially my paintings.

The abstract landscapes are infused with my experiences, each time my brush dips into colour and touches the canvas they lead me to spaces in memory that lie rich with experiences of the world and people.
My work is an expression of the divine, in metaphors coming to fruition. Schools of thought in philosophy or religious constructs I steer away from, stripping these labels and boxes of the mind, to unfold the pure essence of our existence.
